DESCRIPTION

This project features a contemporary adaptation of a traditional gable form roof. The configuration of homes is around a central courtyard giving the development an inward focus. The 2 to 3 storey urban homes feature private outdoor spaces including terraced gardens off the master bedrooms.

UNIQUE FEATURES

This site is landlocked on three sides. The highly constrained lot provided a challenging design space with a focus on frontage being the sole point of entry and exit for both residents and services.
